The Fold and Rise practice (Maeve Collins and Julie Griffiths) came to do a workshop with us. They focused on the question of culture and the way that culture is changed by the presence of wild yeast. Once the dough was rising we had a really interesting discussion about all of this in relation to the play written by the women.
