Kate O' Shea and I went to meet Mary O' Donnell, one of the committee members of the Limerick Soviet 100. Mary was one of the founders of the Bottom Dog (second version) in the 1970's and 80's, and an important political and labour organiser in the city.
We went to discuss our ideas for the Soviet centenary, to link up with the activities of the committee. Mary informed us that Joe Harrington, a co-founder of the Bottom Dog (second version) has a huge archive of political posters that they produced during this time.
